Ms Antoinette Chang is a fitness trainer, who has creatively combined her expertise in aerobics, pilates, yoga and the chiball into popular fitness sequences! Through her sincere friendship building effort, her students know one another so well that they are even willing to babysit one another's children. Antoinette is as much a trainer as she is a personal friend. She takes a keen interest in her students and organises social get-togethers such as outings, potluck and barbeque sessions for them. In fact, her class has bonded so well that when a fellow student was struck with a grave illness, the class rallied around her and provided great moral support. Her students certainly benefited much from the mutual support and warm friendships forged. Ms Antoinette Chang has set the gold standard in community bonding.

Diana's success is exemplary of the benefits of class and inter-class activities!
