The Lifeskills and Lifestyle Division (2LD) of the People's Association (PA) aims to deliver a wide range of high quality courses/programmes to all Singaporeans and residents, and in the process, enable all members of our communities to enrich their lives through new experiences and new friendships.

2LD works with more than 100 CCs and 500 RC Centres in Singapore, bringing quality courses to the heart of communities. We also serve as the talent management and development arm for the PA trainers who conduct these courses. Our key roles include course development, trainer development and management, as well as ensuring and raising quality standards.

But remember that STARS Shining is not only about 2LD, but also belongs to all PA trainers. We need your sharing and contributions.
